National Preparedness Month Kick-off – #2BeeRdy

It’s September 1st and that means it’s the start of National Preparedness Month. All of us here at 2BeeReady.org are happy to have the spotlight on a message we passionately work on delivering 365 days a year. Preparedness.

With recent events ranging from an earthquake on the east coast, Hurricane Irene, wildfires around the country and many more, it’s a good bet that you have at least given a passing thought to how you would handle a crisis or disaster. We here at 2BeeReady.org are here to support you taking action on preparedness for you, your family and your community. We continuously publish blogs, deliver tweets, post on Facebook to create a suite of family friendly content to make preparedness a part of your life.

We believe that making preparedness a family and community event that seamlessly becomes a way of life is the best path to overall resiliency in times of crisis. Keep in mind not all crises you may encounter will be on the 6 o’clock news or the cable all weather channel. That’s why we have explored personal safety topics like boating safety, grilling safety, rip currents and more. Our archive is chock full of great posts and is a great resource for preparedness information. There is a whole host of hazards that you, your family and your community face every day. 2 Bee Ready wants to help you be aware, prepared and secure all the time.

We encourage you to take advantage of all the great preparedness tips and information you will see during National Preparedness Month 2011 and remember that we here at 2BeeReady.org are here for you 24/7/365 helping you “Bee” prepared for all hazards.

Cheers,
